Spring Creek Farm offers our Gourmet Natural Beef product. This meat product is grass fed from weaning to the last 70 days before slaughter. During the last 70 days, the cattle are finished with all natural grain. This Gourmet Natural Beef product is lean but adequately marbled, lower in fat calories, tender, juicy, tasty, and higher in Omega-3 fatty acids, CLA, and vitamin E than store purchased meat products.
